1. Digital Product Policy

All products sold on wildar.in are digital downloadable files.

Once delivered, they are:

  • Non-returnable
  • Non-refundable
  • Non-exchangeable

Digital items cannot be “taken back” after download.

2. No Refund After Delivery

Refunds are **NOT** issued for:

  • Change of mind
  • Wrong item purchased
  • Device/system issues
  • Download issues caused by user network
  • Not understanding product description
  • Lack of technical knowledge

3. Refund Allowed Only in Rare Cases

Refunds may be issued only if:

  • Payment was made, but product was not delivered
  • Duplicate payment was made
  • Wrong amount was charged due to technical error

4. Refund Process

To request a refund:

  • Provide transaction ID, order number, and proof
  • Explain the issue clearly

If approved:
