No Refund Policy
All products sold on WILDAR are digital goods (downloadable mods for ETS2/ATS). Due to the nature of digital products, once a purchase is made and access is granted, we are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances.
Why We Don't Offer Refunds
- Digital products cannot be "returned" once downloaded or accessed.
- Mod files are instantly accessible after payment verification.
- There is no way to verify or reverse usage of a digital product.
Before You Purchase
We strongly encourage you to:
- Read the full mod description and check compatibility before buying.
- View the gallery and 360° preview (if available) to confirm the product meets your expectations.
- Contact us on Instagram @wildar_official if you have any questions before purchasing.
Exceptions
A refund or re-access may be considered only in the following cases:
- You were charged but never received access to the mod (payment verified but credentials not delivered).
- A duplicate payment was made for the same order.
In such cases, contact us on Instagram within 48 hours of purchase with your Order ID and payment proof.
